This is a fabulous salon that gives good, constructive advice. The head-massage is heavenly and makes you feel super-relaxed. You are given lovely hot drinks...or cold, if that's what you prefer. All of the products smell delicious and you really feel pampered by the time you leave. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. Overall, this is an amazing experience and definitely one I would highly recommend.

I have been going to Billy Basin for many years now and choose it over all others. The lady at Reception always remembers me and I would describe her as an asset to Billy Basin. The stylists who do my hair know what I like and have never disappointed me. A great atmosphere of happy staff who are modern in their approach and attentive. I have bought gift vouchers in the past as presents which, I think, shows that I would recommend this salon to anyone who would like a treat!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating when it comes to making appointments and the quality of the hairdressing service is good. Only complaint is the head massage after shampooing – sometimes a bit too robust for me and not very relaxing! It would need to be a lot more gentle – but this could be just personal preference.
