I am not a big fan of spending hours having my hair done but I love my trips to Billy Basin. The staff are, without exception, friendly and welcoming. The vibe of the salon is great and it is a fun place to spend an hour or two.

I have been going to Billy Basin for 6 years now and feel that the service has been consistently good all that time. The staff are professional and friendly, and I always love my haircuts!

On entering the salon one is greeted by a very friendly receptionist. A beverage along with reading material is offered immediately after being seated. I have never had to wait. I like the fact that one can have colour, highlites etc with the option of not having to have a blow dry. All in all a very good experience.
