I have been visiting Billy Basin in Hampton Hill intermittently for some years now and have never been disappointed with the service that I have received. I am lucky enough to have been allocated a named stylist who knows the cut that I like and she invariably delivers the goods. The ambience at Billy Basin's is very friendly and welcoming and nothing ever seems too much trouble. The fact that a number of the stylists have been employed there for years speaks volumes and the entire staff group appears to work very cohesively together. I would have no hesitation in recommending the salon to family and friends. Many thanks to the A Team and keep up the good work!

Delightful stylist, who is very accomplished, and understands the texture of hair, and appropriate style. We enjoy her company, and of the warm welcome of the receptionist. The salon has a relaxed, efficient atmosphere, and the offer of a cafetière of coffee on arrival is terrific. We have been clients for many years, and would not change stylist or salon.
