QT was great as always. Always thorough even though it takes longer than expected to cut/dry my hair due to the volume he doesn't ever seem as though he's rushing to get me out the door.

Loved Hari, I'll certainly be back! I know you're having a refurb soon but there was quite a lot of hair from the previous client on and around my chair.

Excellent salon where you can get a good haircut for a decent price and don't have to spend hours sitting there whilst someone inspects your head at every angle. Everyone there is also very friendly and welcoming, the glass of wine or tea you get with your cut also goes down well.

Had a very good first trip to this salon and found staff extremely friendly. My stylist paid lots of attention to the cut and gave me a great blow-dry.I left with good-looking hair but not like I had just come out of the hairdressers,which was just what I wanted.

A hair do at Billy Basin makes one feel completely looked after from the friendly and personal welcome, coat taken and coffee offered. Whilst expert advice is available, the stylists listen to preferences - probably often contrary to optimal results. At all times, one is ushered to the usual chair, not left hovering in bewilderment. The music is soft and conversation genial.

I have always loved coming to Billy Basin and even though getting your hair cut is a necessity I have always enjoyed the quality of service and the extra attention to detail, and didn't mind paying that little bit extra. Unfortunately due to the financial climate I have had to rethink my attitute towards spending extra for a bit more pampering.
