The only non-excellent rating is for whether I'd recommend this place - I'd definitely recommend it to anyone with typical European hair like mine, but I have no idea if Billy Basin can accommodate people with e.g. afro hair or dreadlocks. They don't advertise whether they can.

I have always been happy with the service I have received at Billy Basin. The staff are always attentive, welcoming, friendly and chatty. My stylist always spends time finding out what I would like and making sure I am happy with the result. Whilst I always view my visit as a relaxing experience, there is also an energetic 'buzz'.

On entering the salon one is greeted by a very friendly receptionist. A beverage along with reading material is offered immediately after being seated. I have never had to wait. I like the fact that one can have colour, highlites etc with the option of not having to have a blow dry. All in all a very good experience.

Lovely environment, friendly and clean. I have had many good experiences here. It's not the cheapest place but is competitively priced and offers a wide range of services. Billy Basin was recommended to me by a friend and I have in turn recommended them to others!

I have always been very pleased with the service that I have received at this salon. As soon as you walk through the door you are met with a very friendly receptionist and the staff are all very attentive. There is always a lively fun atmosphere and a welcoming offer of tea and coffee. The standard of hairdressing is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would thoroughly recommend this salon.

Value for money is difficult to rate with hardressing establishments. They are all overpriced.
