Luciana was supper friendly and approachable. She did a great cut and blowdry, exactlty as my daughter wanted it. Defo will use her again

It was really nice to come back to BB after so long. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the standard of styling. Only thing was, having been offered a coffee- never got one but I’ll be back!

Don’t like the background music. It makes for a less than relaxing atmosphere particularly if the salon is busy and people are having to talk loudly to be heard through their masks and over the music. Apart from that I Ike the salon and service a lot!

The score for "overall environment" was given with pandemic provisions in mind. Hard for anywhere to look totally inviting at the moment. Liked the new artwork, though!

Only my second visit but it was as lovely as the first, despite Covid restrictions. Goshia is a first class stylist, the young man who washed my hair is a gent in the making & the whole team are friendly. Highly recommend.
