My first haircut here was fine but as it was a new salon, very safe as I wanted to test the water (although inevitably was a bit underwhelmed with the look). I did return as QT had done what I'd asked. This time with a bit more trust and freedom to do what he does best QT has done a fab job. Much happier with the cut, it sits better and is definitely more flattering. Thanks.

I've been a client of Billy Basin for many years, and really appreciate the level of customer service I have received. There was one time when I was not happy with the result, and you offered a prompt correction appointment. The environment is friendly yet professional, and staff are clearly happy too.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating when it comes to making appointments and the quality of the hairdressing service is good. Only complaint is the head massage after shampooing – sometimes a bit too robust for me and not very relaxing! It would need to be a lot more gentle – but this could be just personal preference.
