The head massage during hair washing is divine. I love the banter that flies around the salon, there seems to be a great working relationship between everyone. I am always pleased with my hair cut.

Background music totally unnecessary and irritating. Noise of people talking loudly over it and the noise of the hair dryers make extra sounds just annoying! Otherwise very happy with salon.
