This is such a fabulous place to have your hair done. You are treated well, the atmosphere is lovely, and you get delicious coffees whilst you relax and get pampered. The products smell beautiful, and you get advice on how to keep your hair looking fantastic, until your next appointment. Go ahead...treat yourself... I love it.

I have been going to Billy Basin every 5 weeks for about 5 years. Today they, very graciously, accommodated me when I, at the last minute, couldn't make it at the booked time. Thank you everyone. I now have, yet another awesome haircut.

As always a warm welcome - it feels like coming home. Greated with lovely cups of tea warm smiles and excellent service. Billy Basin is the epitome of what you want from a salon. No pretences just very professional with a personal touch.
