This is an Aveda Salon with a difference. Everyone is professional and charming and they always make me, my husband and other members of my family feel welcomed. The staff go out of their way to give great service (with a smile:), advice if we are buying products and a hair styling experience which is second to none. The treatments I receive are recorded and reviewed by stylists who are all highly trained and experienced. Every client I have encountered during my regular visits to Billy Basin is treated extremely courteously and give me impression that they leave feeling 'a million dollars' - That little something we all need!

They are very accommodating and always give a professional service! My favourite Joanna but when she has been busy and I have had any if the other stylist I have been pleased still!
