Until recently I had my hair done in my kitchen by a hair dressing friend who has fallen ill. It was lovely to return to a salon I was familiar with from some Years ago. I found it very relaxing and was very pleased with my hair cut and blow dry. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent service as usual from Donna my stylist together with the junior (Bernadette I think) who washes and gives an excellent head massage. Nice to be greeted by Nick who is always professional and looked after generally by staff

My first time to Billy Basin salon. I chose BB because it is an Aveda salon and the reviews were all excellent. As I'm a hairdresser myself, I told Harry my stylist what I was in need of (4 months since my last cut overseas!) and he excelled my expectations as I have curly hair with a mind of it's own...I absolutely love it! The salon vibe, attentive service from the staff, conversation and coffee made my trip relaxing and like I'd been going there for years! Definitely recommend Billy Basin and Harry!
