Best haircut in years! Claire really listened and gave me a hairstyle which suits my lifestyle. I love it. The whole experience was great and Claire is really lovely. All the staff are friendly.

I have been having my hair cut and styled at Billy Basin salon for many years. I don’t recall when I first visited.(20 years???). I have also encouraged family members and friends to give the salon a try and all I introduced to this establishment have continued to enjoy their visits.

I moved out of the area five years ago and have struggled to find a suitable hairdresser near me during this time. A friend told me Donna (who I previously went to at a different salon) was now working at Billy Basin. I booked an appointment and am so pleased I did. I know Nick and Harry (the salon owners) of old and it was like coming home. Such a nice welcome and of course Donna didn't disappoint. The haircut is exactly what I wanted and this will definitely now become my regular salon.
