It is an extremely friendly salon and I am always treated as a good friend by everyone,which I really appreciate. Standards are high and I wish I had been coming to 'Billy's' a long time ago.

A visit to Johanna brightens the day, quite apart from her absolute competence as a stylist.All the staff are friendly, kind, helpful and welcoming. On the days when there is no music playing is ideal, but that is a personal preference. We have tried many salons in the past, but now always return to Billy Basin.
