It a pleasure to enter Billy Basin. There is a lovely warm welcome, whether you are just popping in or having treatment. The quality of treatments I have received have been excellent, I am a much fully paid up member! An added treat is the divine coffee, nicely presented and as much water as required. I am new to Hampton Hill and so pleased to have found an excellent hair salon.

I had my hair washed, cut and blow-dried by Tyla recently - she did a beautiful job, took a lot of time and care over it, and it was very reasonably priced. I love the Billy Basin salon and have had my hair cut there for years, the staff are all very friendly and it has a lovely atmosphere.

They only downside is the variation in water temperature when hair is being washed. That said, as a long time customer, I get the feeling that this might be beyond your control?
