A visit to Billy Basin is a really good experience. Not only do I come out with a fabulous hair style but I also look 10 years younger. Great place with fun people to chat to. It’s worth the 80 mile round trip drive.

The only complaint I have and to be honest its more of an inconvenience - it would be handy if, when u select a consultant or select "any" you could maybe preview your appointment, so u could see who it was with and how much it will cost. You don't know this information until its booked and then you can't cancel/alter your selection without having to ring the salon.

There is always a lovely family atmosphere at Billy Basin and I feel like I'm treated as a visiting guest. Tyler cut my hair as a student & I continue to see her now she is qualified, her skills improve noticably every time I go back and I'm sure this is due to the ongoing spirit of care and learning of the salon as a whole.

I just had a haircut and blow dry, as always great service, they always look after you well. I love my haircut, I have been going to Billy Basin for over 10 years, great salon.

I am a fairy regular attender at Billy Basin and am invariably delighted with the service and haircut that I receive there. On this occasion, I was assigned a different stylist to the one who has historically cut my hair and who has always produced excellent results.This time the results were even more spectacular and have been positively remarked upon by a number of friends and family members. Many thanks to Clare for putting up with a last minute late appointment and for making such a fantastic job of the haircut. I hope that it will be possible for her to cut my hair again on my next visit. Thanks to all at Billy Basin for your great team work and expertise! We are privileged to have a salon of this quality in our locale.
