This is such a fabulous place to have your hair done. You are treated well, the atmosphere is lovely, and you get delicious coffees whilst you relax and get pampered. The products smell beautiful, and you get advice on how to keep your hair looking fantastic, until your next appointment. Go ahead...treat yourself... I love it.

I have been going to Billy Basin every 5 weeks for about 5 years. Today they, very graciously, accommodated me when I, at the last minute, couldn't make it at the booked time. Thank you everyone. I now have, yet another awesome haircut.

Fabulous! Johanna always does a brilliant job. All the staff are fantastic and really care about you. I wouldn't trust any other salon with my hair!
