I have been going to Billy Basin for over 10 years now and although I have moved away, I still come back. The staff are all really friendly and make the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing. I would recommend Billy Basin without hesitation.

This is a fabulous salon. The people there are all so professional, but equally, so much fun to be around. The atmosphere is excellent. You are never rushed...you get beautiful coffee as you want it...and there is no limit to the amount you can have. You leave there feeling like a million dollars...but without having spent that. Cannot recommend it highly enough... The feedback 'buttons' show 10 in green...but when you click it, it shows red...but all of them should be on 10...

Was a bit dissapointed in not getting a head massage after my hair wash- this was the second time. I thought perhaps forgotten the first time but now am wondering if you have stopped doing it? If that is the case, please don't- it is such a lovely touch at the end and very relaxing.
