Always a lovely experience, the salon has a great atmosphere, staff are all very cheerful and I have never been disappointed with my hair.

The staff and environment at Billy Basin are outstanding. I have had my hair cut and coloured by many of the staff over several years and the standard is always very high and good value for money. I love Aveda products as they are not overpowering and smell fantastic.
