When trying to book on line it does not work. Even if you try to book for the following week the days you select don't then appear with the available appointments, even when I know that the stylist is available that day. This is not the fault of the salon but an issue with the website designers and management company. Being part of a website design team this is a simple process and should be easy to do and manage. If some time was spent on this for improvements salons would get far more bookings. It has been like this for a long time and should be fixed soon or I might just develop my own site that actually works.

As always my visit to Billy Basin today was a most enjoyable experience, lovely atmosphere with excellent service. My hair alway looks amazing when I leave and I get many compliments. It's well worth the 80 mile round trip. Looking forward to many more visits.
