Particularly pleased with both my colour and style on my recent visit. I have curly hair so it can be difficult to manage. The colour looks really natural and suits my skin tones. The atmosphere was fun and chilled as usual. Thanks to the team. XX

The total pampering experience starts as soon as you enter the salon or call them with the happy super friendly but extremely efficient Tracy. She makes you instantly switch off from your hectic life and you know that for the next couple of hours the staff at Billy Basin will completely look after you. Nothing is too much trouble and unlike other salons, the owners are friendly and welcoming and they total interact with the environment. My stylist Jane is amazing, she actually listens to what I want and delivers every time, whether it's colour, cutting mine or my son's hair. She's friendly and very easy to talk to and we have interesting conversations, not the usual " where are you going on your holidays" stuff. I look forward to every visit and I am a very very happy customer. I would recommend this salon without hesitation. Thanks all at Billy Basin. X

Always enjoy my visit to BB. They offer a valued service, friendly, concerned with your welfare and take great care of your you and your hair. Yummy coffee too. Have been with BB for many years now and wouldn't want to leave them. Barbara

Billy Basin is a unique salon. Many salons I have visited in the past have left me feeling very self conscious, anxious and very uncool. The staff at Billy Basin are always uber polite, they make you feel at home as soon as you arrive, offering no end of complimentary delicious beverages, as well as remembering snippets of history that we had discussed previously - quite a feet when I had not been there for 6 months. Each one of the staff always says hello even though I may not deal with them, and I have never once ever got the sense that I am not trendy enough or hip enough to be there. I have certainly felt this at other salons, that is not to say that this is not a happening joint however! - its just they really care about your hair more than they do about how cool they are, and that ladies and gentleman is priceless. Ooh and did I mention they are the best stylists in the country? Well they really are - no really! They have excellent tutorage from one of the partners Hari and I honestly could not recommend this salon enough - keep up the great work guys. Angie x
