Service, friendliness and professionalism are optimal here unlike all other hairdressers I have visited in the last 15 years in London. Adding to all the positives, the price is fair. I definitely do recommend Billy Basin without hesitation. Congratulations to the owners and the team!

Great team, always welcoming and friendly. Lovely salon, calming music and gorgeous Aveda scents. Rebecca is a great stylish - lets me figure out what I like rather than force me into a different style or colour. Very consultative.
