Always a cheery welcome and great care taken to listen to your needs. The staff all seem to get on very well together which makes for a great atmosphere. An amazing head massage while having your hair washed is very relaxing and a good way to start. Coffee or other refreshment are also nicely served. Thank you Billy Basin !

A hair do at Billy Basin makes one feel completely looked after from the friendly and personal welcome, coat taken and coffee offered. Whilst expert advice is available, the stylists listen to preferences - probably often contrary to optimal results. At all times, one is ushered to the usual chair, not left hovering in bewilderment. The music is soft and conversation genial.
