It's always a pleasure to visit Billy Basin. Hari, Nick, Tracey and the team provide a warm welcome and a very professional service. On the few occasions when I have had to have haircuts or colour elsewhere because of family issues in the North of England, Hari has managed to restore my colour/style to 'normal' with no fuss and his usual good humour.

A vibrant friendly salon. I have been going to Billy Basin for many years. From the great welcoming from Tracey & Nick,to the attention given by Hari and all the stylists,they make it a comfortable relaxing experience. They know their products and they understand their clients. My children and I always walk out feeling fabulous!

Always a pleasure to have my hair done at Billy Basin. I've been a client for many years. The staff are very professional and friendly and the salon has a great atmosphere.
