My hairdresser is professional, polite, and knows excatley what I want.She is really genuine lovely person and i recommend her to all my friends. The salon get at times too noisy from loud laughter from people who work there which can be bit annoying if you are tired especially after working night shift.

I have always preferred the products used on my hair which is one of the reasons I come to Billy Basin. I just wish it was a service I could afford to use on a more regular basis.

Good hairdresser - the most important thing. But also, you have good coffee, friendly staff, padding on the sink so I don't get a spinal injury when you wash my hair & very nice head massage.
