Always a pleasure. My appointment was with Robyn. She's great, happy to discuss and work out a idea with me and then go for it. My second appointment with her and very pleased with both haircuts. And she's cheerful and chatty and the whole experience is great.

I moved out of the area five years ago and have struggled to find a suitable hairdresser near me during this time. A friend told me Donna (who I previously went to at a different salon) was now working at Billy Basin. I booked an appointment and am so pleased I did. I know Nick and Harry (the salon owners) of old and it was like coming home. Such a nice welcome and of course Donna didn't disappoint. The haircut is exactly what I wanted and this will definitely now become my regular salon.

Friendly efficient service and good hairstylists. Quite pricey but you get what you pay for. Background music at my last session was rather intrusive - other than that very happy with this salon!
