I've been a customer at Billy Basin for over eight years and I think that the fact that I flew over from Zurich (where I now live) for a haircut and colour says it all! Tracy is a real asset as front of house - her infectious laugh always cheers me up. And Lucchi is such a great stylist too..wish he'd move to Zurich :-)

Having spent the last 15 years with Hari and his team looking after my hair, need i say any more!!! The thought of going any where else, would put me in hospital!! Every visit is a good visit!!

I have always found the staff at Billy Basin to be very friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist. Stylists often manage to fit me in at the last minute even though they are often very busy. I have been very happy with the service as all the staff seem very well trained and competent.

Although I usually have one particular stylist - in her absence I have had two other stylists who have been equally excellent. It is always easy to discuss what I would like and equally I appreciate their professional opinion.

Love the service and the people at Billy Basin - always accomodating and there is nothing nicer than being offered a glass of wine whilst having your hair done in the evening :) Its my new hairdresser and would definitely recommend!

A lovely friendly salon, nothing is too much trouble for them. The stylist are very good but i'm keeping my favourite a secret!!!!!
