Clare who cut my hair is a genius! Always listens to what I would like, makes constructive suggestions and delivers a great haircut every time. Tracey receptionist is always bright and cheerful and gives the salon a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The girls who wash hair are polite and always make sure one is comfortable. Altogether a lovely experience and would recommend to all, plus of course, the use of Aveda products which speak for themselves!

I visited the salon as my hair had been coloured in another local salon and looked awful. Billy Basin staff were so helpful and within 2 hours my hair looked lovely. Thank you so much Billy Basin for being so kind and helpful and most of all for getting my hair looking good again!

Always a lovely experience, the salon has a great atmosphere, staff are all very cheerful and I have never been disappointed with my hair.
