I have always been very pleased with the service that I have received at this salon. As soon as you walk through the door you are met with a very friendly receptionist and the staff are all very attentive. There is always a lively fun atmosphere and a welcoming offer of tea and coffee. The standard of hairdressing is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would thoroughly recommend this salon.

I have always been happy with the service I have received at Billy Basin. The staff are always attentive, welcoming, friendly and chatty. My stylist always spends time finding out what I would like and making sure I am happy with the result. Whilst I always view my visit as a relaxing experience, there is also an energetic 'buzz'.

In particular I appreciate: Always being attended to promptly at appointed time Being 'looked after' whilst transferring to wash basin and back to stylist's chair and not left to be 'collected' as had been my experience in other salons Gentle background music which makes the experience relaxing being recognized and greeted personally
