Blades is not just a barbers, Blades offers a 5 star experience starting on the ground floor with the walk-in service, with 6 fully experinced barbers with over 100yrs barbering experience. Check yourself into the walk-in manager software telling you just how long your wait is, then relax at the fully equipped bar at the back of the shop should you wish to wait. Should you wish not to wait, based on the second floor is the 1950s retro appointment barbershop, which includes full sized snooker table, and darts.
Also based on the second floor, is the VIP Suite, where customers can relax for 45mins in a one to one environment with our head barber. Services provided are shampoon and cuts, perms, beard treatments, cut throat shaving, ear & nose waxing, black charcoal face mask, hair systems.

We have been coming for years having been recommended to Blades, in particular Baldy and Curly. We mostly have Baldy but Curly is great too. On our last visit it was Baldy who cut my sons’ hair again. He is always chatty, friendly, positive, proactive, jovial and goes out of his way to fit you in and make you feel very welcome. He is very professional and deserves all the business he can get. The lads hair always looks really good and on trend, without being OTT. He always puts the lads at their ease and makes the effort to chat with them. The Salon itself has a great vibe. It’s a nice place to go. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Blades to anyone. Thanks and good luck.
