Comment
The young lady undertaking the washing and hand massage lacked 'finesse', meanig that the wash was 'full on' rather than a relaxing experience, and the hand masseage was actually painful! She needs to put herself in the position of the customer and not focus of getting the customer out of the chair as soon as possible!
