The hand massage is very varied, I think if you offer it, it should be decent. This (to me) means firm, unrushed, thorough, and really a massage as opposed to a random rub of each hand. I would say the same for the head massage - it is sometimes announced, 'would you like a head massage', and then it lasts about half a minute. Can more be made of both these? The could add even more to the experience.
