I always love coming here, (and especially love my haircuts from Lottie!) and I'd like to thank the salon for creating a calm, beautiful environment. I realise that there are very high ceilings in the salon and it may be difficult to heat, but one picky point: it's very cold! Is there any way to keep it warmer? Both for the staff and the clients.

The service is excellent. To be a good stylist you need to be confident, personable and professional. I will keep asking for Fabiola, i know i will walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed. A kind hand massage by the lovely young woman (Colombian) sorry i forgot her name and nice hair washing experience as usual :)

I'm really nervous of hair salons but Brothers is not too hectic and quite small so I prefer it to larger salons. Had a lovely head massage as part of my hair wash. Was pleased with my first hair cut as well.
