They did a wonderful job with my haircut and I was very happy. I think some of the staff could be a little friendlier, I had to wait a while when I first walked in for anyone to acknowledge me or say hello, and it felt a little cold as no one smiled or really spoke to me during my entire appointment apart from quoting the price at the end. My hairdresser was very nice and I didn't mind that she was quiet, it was more the interaction with staff when I arrived and left. Some simple things like asking if I was happy with the service or saying "have a nice day" etc would have made a big difference. However the quality of the service was great so I will probably go back.
