I had a problem booking online, despite having successfully booked online before, when I arrived I did not have an appointment. I was asked if I had received my confirmation email which I realised I hadn't. They very helpfully offered me another stylist who did a lovely job. 10 minutes after leaving the salon, I received a text asking if I wished to confirm my appointment for the time I had booked online (the appointment they said I had not booked) Not sure what had happened! But helpful and very polite team, will go back as I have always been more than satisfied.
