Overall okay, but I have been here before and received far better treatment. Hair wash and head massage were not at all thorough and rather perfunctory. As to the cut itself, more than I had asked for was cut, and I was also given layers when I had asked that they be left to grow out. It looks fine, but just not what I had asked for! I was left with a feeling that everything had been rather rushed. A pity, as I have usually enjoyed the experience there in the past!
