I was extremely happy with the hair cut I had yesterday, however I was really unimpressed with the girl who washed my hair prior to having my haircut. It's normally one of the best parts of having your hair cut, having someone wash and massage your head, however she was extremely rough, didn't ask me whether the water temperature or pressure was ok (like your staff normally do) and the whole experience was generally not pleasant. When she comes my hair at the end she wasn't gentle at all and felt like was ripping my hair out! The same girl then offered me a drink, but never brought it to me. Ihave been to Brothers 3 or 4 times and have always been happy but this time wasn't satisfied with the overall experience. The hair cut is great but that extra premium you pay for the nice atmosphere and experience just wasn't there this time unfortunately.
