Lovely people and an excellent cut; the conversation was not forced. The only issue was that when I arrived I waited around for ten minutes or more and was not old what was happening. When I asked I was told 5 min; making the start 20 m late; I do understand that this can happen, but I wasn't in any way looked after until I asked (the receptionist did go back when I arrived but came back and dealt with somoeone else, telling me nothing. It was another receptionist I finally asked. If you know there's a delay, you can accommodate it. But no tea was offered, no seating/magazines etc. The shampooist was lovely and so was Hannah, who did my hair. Very pleased with the result.
