The girl I had wasn't who I booked with as she was off sick but i was assured she was at the same level. I was in the cutting chair just under 20 minutes. She hardly spoke, no product was used and the trim was rushed as there were missed bits I noticed when I got home that I had to trim myself. For the best part of £50 this does not provide good value for money. Whenever I have been here before I have felt valued and pampered. Not this time.

The cut was what I wanted, the surroundings were nice and the staff were pleasant though not very talkative. I just felt rushed through - the hair wash was the quickest ever, I was offered a glass of water that never materialised and there was no head or hand massages as promised by the website. The whole cut and blow dry took less than 40 min. I was a bit disappointed with the experience compared to other salons but the result was good.

The woman cutting my hair smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, I was only asked very basic questions about what I wanted and my hair has been cut wonky. One of the senior stylists was sitting in the waiting area with no face mask or visor despite the covid rules. Overall staff seem distracted and like they didn't want to be there.

Good haircut but delivered with the indifference of a teenager. I didn't feel like a client, just someone a bit in the way. Be nicer and more professional - the haircut was fine, but the experience not so much.

In salon for less than 30 mins - no complimentary hand massage - head massage fab! Felt processed like a sausage instead of enjoying a wash and blow dry for a College dinner.Very poor for almost £1 a minute - broke habit of a lifetime and didn't tip!

I had not booked a director but a stylist but on the till was charged a director's fee - had I realised I would have expected a far better service and consultation on the cut. The trainee doing the wash and hand-massage was disappointing. No pressure whatsoever for the head massage, just a lush touch on the head. The same at the hand massage, in addition to very warm hands, it was an unpleasant experience which I stopped. I was not offered an alternative. A disappointing experience at your salon today.
