I think it's shameful that you offer massage treatments as you do- stick to the hairdressing.I had initially been drawn in by the online booking system as it seemed effortless. I was really looking forward to finding somewhere I could go for massages but there are so many negative points that I will not return for any service. The room is tiny, cluttered and smells bad, there's no attempt at making it a nice environment. The hot wax from other treatments was still on adding to the smell. It was a stuffy room and a warm day but I was covered with two blankets. The room has barely any privacy, there's crashing and loud noises from the salon, hairdryers, kettles, music, chatter of hairdressers that impacts on what a massage treatment should offer, I wasn't asked prior to treatment to give any health details which usually happens with caring therapists. I spent my treatment feeling bored and looking forward to getting out after a treatment of what I can only describe as being dusted(!) rather than actually massaged. I don't think the therapist is at fault here but I do think the space is not conducive, nor inspiring as a workplace and she may have been quite inexperienced but then think you should consider charging accordingly.
