Every time I've had my colour done it's been different. I've had to have different people as the turnover of staff is so rapid. It appears no one either leaves or reads my notes. The girls are miserable and often standing around gossiping. Today one was sitting in the Window texting on her phone looking thoroughly bored. My hairdresser forget my drink and I didn't get a hand massage as requested. It's very expensive for such poor and unprofessional service. Also I often see the stylists hovering outside having a fag - looks dreadful

Came for a cut and blow dry. Loved loved loved the complimentary hand massage and the wash/conditioning head massage today. The stylist is very skilled and was easy to talk to. I came out feeling very pampered and hair looking great.

The flush 'handle/button' on the loo has been missing for ages now. Does not give a great impression. Ideally I would prefer to see cups I am served drinks in washed up separately to hair dye bowls, and certainly on a draining board away from hair dyes. Are they dried up with the same drying up cloth?
