The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff extremely friendly! Lotty listened to what I wanted and then explained how we can achieve that. As my aim is to grow my hair long, i was particular about not reducing length and she respected that entirely. Moreover, she gave me styling advice to manage the haircut at home. I am extremely happy with the way the appointment went and the experience (it was more than just service)! I will be definitely going back!
