I have been going to Brothers since moving to Oxford in 2011 - two of the hairdressers, Lottie and Vicky, are some of the best hairdressers I have ever had. I have very curly, difficult, hair, and they have been excellent at trying to tame it for me, allowing me to go back and get it fixed if the first cut wasn't quite right. Brothers comes highly recommended! (and great free hand massages as well).

I don't live in England so I am not a frequent customer, but Lottie always remembers me and makes my visit a very pleasant experience. She always listens and discusses what I need first and then does exactly the right thing. I have no hesitation in recommending her to other people.

Great overall experience. Rachel was a wonderful masseuse - very professional and was very attentive when I explained what I was looking for in the massage. Value was very good especially considering that the price is much lower than what I'm accustomed to in the United States. My only critique was that the face pillow was a bit uncomfortable. I would suggest some more padding to provide better support for the face while you are on your stomach. Also it may have been that the pillow was heated, but it was quite warm throughout the massage. However, this did not detract from my overall experience. I was very pleased and have already scheduled my next appointment.

Fabiola is great. She explains the maintenance needed for different styles and listen to what you want. Then she creates her fabulous results.
