Thanks very much for everything you are doing to keep the salon following Covid guidelines. I felt safe throughout my visit, although I was a little concerned by congestion in the reception area with customers arriving and departing at the same time making it difficult to maintain the required distance. I know there’s not much you can do about this as space is tight, but perhaps requesting arrivals to remain outside until the area is free would help. Otherwise great advice and professional service from Sarah and Rebecca - thank you!
