I was very pleased to have had an appointment on the Wednesday of the lockdown, as I originally had an appointment with Jo on the following Friday!!! I had my hair washed and cut upstairs - nice and quiet. The basins there are far more comfortable than the ones downstairs (I am 5ft tall!!!). I also appreciated the foot rest. I look forward to my next appointment in December and hope that you and your staff keep safe and motivated until then.

I was a little anxious about returning to a salon after lockdown. I was quickly reassured with distancing markers on the floor, a temperature check, all staff in PPE, and all (three maximum at anyone point whilst I was there) customers wearing masks. I think they're doing a really good job. The hair cut was great as it always is - but the other stuff is above and beyond, and I really appreciated it.

Just had my hair cut, following Lockdown. Excellent service; PPE all in place and hygiene procedures are strict for customers and staff. Equipment is cleaned down following my haircut - all reassuring. Excellent job by Brothers - well done.

Really pleased with my hair cut and colour, Gabrielle/Sarah was very attentive to ensure that I got what I wanted, and she did a fantastic job. More expensive than what I am used to, so maybe I will leave a little longer between cuts. I also thought the young ladies were very smiley and welcoming, indeed, a very professional and friendly salon - the perfect combination!
