I was surprised to find that following shampooing I had had a blue rinse! There was not much concern over this which would have dismayed many other clients. Maybe a bit of an apology could have been offered as well as a re- shampoo! However, as usual I was treated well and had a good haircut. The quality of the coffee definitely needs improving. I think the salon could do with redecorating- it looks tired!

Thame salon is very tatty & does not match the expertise of the stylists & the great products. The salon really needs a full refurbishment and decoration.

This was my first hair cut with Brothers, as my normal salon was filling booked for a month. Whilst I am pleased with my hair cut, I was disappointed that they use thinning scissors to cut most of my hair. I’ve not had thinning scissors used on my hair for 15 years. It feels like it takes away the skill and detail required to take weight out of someone’s hair. The finish feels less professional than what I am used to, and time will tell if the cut lasts as long. My stylist was very keen to ensure my cut and style was how I liked it, so overall, I’m happy. But not sure if I would go back.

I think Brothers is the best salon locally. I tend to call as and when I need appointment as the website is not user friendly but it did prove invaluable during lockdown. Sue is very helpful on reception and I have always been pleased how Rebecca has cut my hair. My colourist sometimes changes as I cannot always get an appointment when I need it. On the whole I am a satisfied customer and have been for 25 years. I never enjoyed the hand massage but would enjoy a mini manicure (file, moisturise and clear varnish) or even a glass of wine option whilst having cut/highlights. Thanks for enduring 2020 and I hope that 2021 proves to be a happy, healthy and prosperous year for everyone.
