The TV in the hair wash area wasn't working so I deducted a point otherwise it would have been a 10 out of 10. I have to say that until I went to Brothers Thame I hadn't felt comfortable in a hair salon, I haven't been anywhere else since my first visit and although I now live miles away I make the journey to have my hair done there. I highly recommend, very relaxed atmosphere.

Very friendly atmosphere and a good quality haircut. The salon itself could do with a bit of colour and a makeover. It's a little too dark. No way to leave a tip unless you have cash

Really appreciate that my comment last time about the hair washing part of my visit which could have been more enjoyable (being vertically challenged) was noted and that there was a cushion waiting for me at the basin. Thank you very much. Jo was a delight as usual. I love the way she listens to my suggestions re. ‘A bit off here’ etc., and the end result is so pleasing.

This is a well operated salon. The staff are personable and friendly, natural and calm. They are not false, nor OTT in their manner. I relax and feel confident that my hair is cared for as they are excellent at listening.

I always appreciate the cushion provided during the hair wash. Your basins are not the best for someone who is a ‘little’ short! Jo is a breathe of fresh air. Cuts very well. Steven (?) lovely young man with a topknot - gives an excellent head massage. Really appreciate what you are, and have been doing during these difficult times.
