Bearing in mind the Covid restrictions, the care and cleaning of the salon was impeccable and reassuring, the attentiveness of staff was very pleasant and helpful to a quite nervous customer on my first visit since restrictions in place. Many thanks

Prices have increased significantly over the last few years, every time I need my hair cut it puts me off going back, I can go to John Freida flagship in London for another £40

As I am about to self isolate, prior to scheduled knee surgery, I wanted to be in and out of Brothers as quickly as possible so as to minimise any potential risk. Having spoken to them on the phone and being told this was no problem, I arrived with freshly washed, wet hair. My hairdresser had been informed and my hair was cut with minimum delay and I left, at my request, without having it blown dry. No fuss and minimum length of stay as I do not want to jeopardise my hospital date. Well done all at Brothers and thank you. I'll be back for longer next time, I hope!!

Under difficult circumstances you are making the experience of having my hair done a very positive one. Jo is brilliant. I am 5ft high and find that your basins cannot adjust sufficiently to make having my hair washed a comfortable experience, and because of this I find that my back gets very wet - ok in hot weather, but not so good when winter comes!
