Always a warm welcome, and an unrushed chat about how my hair has been behaving and what I'd like this time around. I trust Emily implicitly as each and every time she comes up with an even more perfect cut and colour for me. She is also fantastic with curly hair - my hair is very curly! - so I will not hesitate to recommend Emily and her team for a wonderful, creative and individual experience.
