I wasn't told last night when I chose to have the extra plump in the hydrafacial that I would have to pay &90 more I also do like to be told what's happening during a procedure On this occasion I kept apologising as I wanted to know what was happening and it seemed like the therapist found this slightly irritating

Excellent facial with fantastic therapist.All staff are lovely and friendly.The Decleor products are wonderful.I think this salon is by far the best in St.Albans.

Simone was lovely There was still a bit of a mess up with the hydraplump as I'd paid for it but I was booked for hydrafacial so didn't get the plump bit that I'd paid for
