Wonderful salon in particular the warm friendly and professional receptionist (Louise ?) who went to great lengths to arrange an appointment to suit me despite them being fully booked then continued to spoil me during my treatment with drinks and a warm neck cushion. A real gem and an excellent customer service that is rarely seen these days

Simone was excellent and professional in the care she gave me with my manicure. I have just recently fractured my right wrist and the massage she gave my hands made moving my fingers a lot easier and less painful. Thank you.
